My students made beautiful rigid transformation artwork that decorated our classroom for the rest of the year. Read more about the project here. Their work was definitely enhanced by all of the examples we studied. Students created personal statements to accompany their art, but I didn’t want to share those publicly.
Highlights:
Many students with disabilities created absolutely exceptional work.
Many students embraced the opportunity to share about their heritage.
Art-loving students were especially happy to work on an interdisciplinary project.
